At Carson Honda, we celebrate each other's accomplishments inside and outside our dealership, and few stories represent this better than that of Chris Medina and his family. Chris has been working on Honda models for the past decade and currently serves as Shop Foreman at Carson Honda. His years of dedication, technical expertise, and leadership have made him an incredibly valuable member of our team.
Away from Carson Honda, Chris and his family share a passion for boxing. His daughter, Destiny Medina, has quickly established herself as a rising young athlete at just 11 years old, earning multiple youth division belts and championships. Her success and determination reflect the same level of commitment and perseverance Chris brings to Carson Honda every day.
Chris' family has even more to celebrate, as his god-daughter Ilene Herrera recently turned professional in boxing, winning her first-ever pro fight in August 2026 in Santa Monica. Starting her professional career with a strong win is a huge accomplishment, and we are proud to support her journey at Carson Honda.
Carson Honda is Proud to Sponsor Destiny Medina and Ilene Herrera
As Destiny builds her impressive youth boxing résumé and while Ilene starts her professional career, our entire team at Carson Honda will be here cheering them on. We are grateful to have people like Chris as part of our organization, and we are looking forward to continuing to celebrate many more accomplishments from his family.
