U.S. News & World Report Selects Four Honda Models for "Best Cars for Families"*

Recently, U.S. News & World Report revealed its list of "2016 Best Cars for Families." The annual list aims to highlight the vehicles that best meet the needs of families based on a combination of professional automotive reviews, safety and reliability ratings, seating and cargo volume and the availability of family-friendly features. This year, we were excited to see that every Honda light-truck model was awarded the coveted recognition. The following models earned distinction:

  • CR-V named Best Compact SUV for Families.
  • HR-V named Best Subcompact SUV.
  • Pilot named Best 3-Row SUV.
  • Odyssey named Best Minivan for a record-breaking sixth consecutive year.

"Expanding the list of Honda vehicles awarded as Best Cars for Families shows our continued dedication to developing vehicles that fit the needs of family buyers, and we continue to push the envelope to bring families more of what they want in terms of leading safety performance, fuel economy, technology and spacious packaging," said Jeff Conrad, Honda division senior vice president and general manager. "With the HR-V, CR-V, Pilot and Odyssey all receiving this honor, Honda has a light truck in nearly every size and shape to meet the needs of families."
