"Jonathan Vera was the person that helped me last month with my 11' Honda Civic si. I couldn't get a chance to complete the survey earlier because I had issues with the link, but now it seems to be working. Anyways the first time Jonathan helped me out he recommended certain services to be done to my car because it was well over the 30,000 mile mark. At the time I couldn't but the second time around I did the services he recommended such as the change of transmission fluid, and cleaning the injectors, plus the oil change. Given the fact that my knowledge on car is still limited, it is great to have a person like Jonathan help me out since he knows my type of car. I got nothing but excellent service from him and I hope to be seeing him service my car once again. Thanks, Carson Honda. "

"I just wanted to advise you of my excellent service experience with your service advisor Andy. Andy has helped me twice with both of my vehicles:
1) Honda Civic Oct 1: noise in my brakes. He had it checked with Rolando but did not find anything since there was no noise when i brought it. Went home with no cost and no noise.
2) Honda CRV Oct 15: low pressure tire lit up (had it for 4days). He personally re-started the low pressure tire light to turn it off and as an added service, he even checked and lowered the air pressure of the tires to the acceptable air pressure level. went home in less than 10 minutes. Thanks to your extended service hours on thursday--I was there around 7:50pm.Â

"First let me start by saying it's so hard to find people that care. Now that's what makes it unique. I took my car to dealer for service and Michelle assisted me. I can't say in words how satisfied with her help. People like her should be recognize for superior customer service. Overall I left with a smile. She exceeded my expectations. Your drop-off and pick-up shuttle service is an excellent resource for those of us that live locally and helps utilize the 'wait time' better by being at home and getting other things done instead of sitting in a waiting area for 2-3 hours.
